By booking a 2Busy2Date event you are registering your acceptance of the 2Busy2Date Terms & Conditions, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms & conditions.
2Busy2Date aims to give single people a chance to meet one another in a relaxed and safe environment. However, 2Busy2Date is not a matchmaking service and do not verify the personal details of those participating in our events. It is up to you to verify personal information to your own satisfaction and we recommend that you do so. Please approach any contact with participants at one of our events with the same caution you would undertake when meeting other people you do not know. By registering with 2Busy2Date you agree that neither 2Busy2Date nor its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from partaking in 2Busy2Date services. This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered with2Busy2Date. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.
2Busy2Date events are held at venues over which 2Busy2Date and its associates have no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages of any kind at a 2Busy2Date event, you agree to release 2Busy2Date and its associates from any liability with respect thereof.
As a registered participant of a 2Busy2Date event you understand that 2Busy2Date offers an opportunity for meeting new people but 2Busy2Date does not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with another participant. 2Busy2Date also does not guarantee that any successful match between two participants at one of our events will be successful.
By registering with 2Busy2Date you provide your assurance that you are 20 years or older, and that you are single. 2Busy2Date is not liable for any damage, without limitation, resulting from use of the 2Busy2Date website.
